4. Using the Service

a. Creating a Transfer
To initiate a transfer:

  • Log in to your verified Al Ritaj Pay account.
  • Enter the recipient’s details, including name and payment information.
  • Select the currency and amount to send, and choose a transfer method.
  • Review fees and confirm the transaction.

b. Transfer Fees and Exchange Rates
Our fees and exchange rates are provided transparently at the time of each transaction. Exchange rates may fluctuate, and the rate applied will be the one shown at the time of your confirmation. By confirming a transaction, you agree to the fee and exchange rate terms provided.

c. Transfer Limits

5. Fees and Charges
Al Ritaj Pay charges a nominal fee per transaction, which may vary based on the transaction amount and method. Additional charges may apply depending on the receiving bank, intermediary bank fees, or other factors beyond our control. These fees will be disclosed to you before transaction confirmation.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Al Ritaj Pay for:

  • Any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Sending or receiving payments on behalf of third parties without authorization.
  • Attempting to bypass or interfere with our security measures or verification processes.
  • If you are found engaging in prohibited activities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

7. Security and Account Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. Do not share your account details with others. If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, contact us immediately.

  • Any delays, errors, or issues caused by intermediary banks, payment processors, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Losses due to unauthorized access to your account if you have not taken reasonable security measures.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our service.
    In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to binding arbitration according to the laws of Malaysia or Nigeria.
